Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the products without giving any reason.

During the cooling-off period, the customer shall handle the product with care.

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or partially used food products cannot be returned, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered upon receipt.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the costs of return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
